Mutton Liver Roast

Ingredients
  

  • Mutton liver : 500 gm
  • Onion : 1 no
  • Garlic : 3 cloves
  • Ginger : 1 inch piece
  • Curry leaves : 1 spring
  • Coriander powder : 1 ½ tsp
  • Garam masala : 1 tsp
  • Chilly powder : 1 ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
  • Salt : to taste
  • Oil : 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Cook liver using grinded ginger, garlic, salt, little turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder and garam masala and water.
  • Heat a pan add oil and when it gets hot add onion and stir well.
  • Add rest of the powders to it and stir well.
  • Add curry leaves to it and stir well.
  • Then pour this batter to the cooked liver or do the reverse and reduce flame and stir well.
  • Close it and keep in a reduced flame until all the water gets leaved.
  • Transfer to the serving dish.
