Brain Chikky Porichathu

Ingredients
  

  • Mutton brain : 5 or 6 no s
  • Onion : 2 nos
  • Shallot : 6 nos
  • Ginger : 1 inch piece
  • Garlic : 6 cloves
  • Green chilly : 2 nos
  • Tomato : 1 no
  • Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
  • Chilly powder : 1 tsp
  • Egg : 1 or 2 nos
  • Garam masala : 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan add oil in it and when its hot add onion, ginger garlic and shallot and saute it well.
  • When its brown add tomato and stir well.
  • When it sauted well.
  • Add turmeric powder and chilly powder to it.
  • Stir well.
  • Then add brain to it.
  • Enter Step
  • Stir well and add water to it if needed.
  • Then add garam masala to it and stir well.
  • Enter Step
  • Then add egg to it.
  • Sauté it well and off the flame when the oil gets separated from the matter.
  • Transfer to the serving dish.
