Spring onion (ulli theeyal) : 250 gm
Onion : 50 gm
Green chilly : 2 nos
Mustard : 1 tsp
Curry leaves :1 spring
Chilly powder : 1 tsp
Salt : to taste
Oil : 1 tsp
Instructions
Heat a pan and add oil in it, when it gets hot add mustard .
When the mustard splutters add the onion , green chilly and curry leaves in to it.
When it gets brown add the spring onion in to it and stir well.
Add little water and 1 tsp chilly powder and salt to it.
Then close it and wait for 5 minutes.
It will take only total 10 to 15 minutes for this olathu and it’s a nice combination with rice.
Transfer to the serving dish.
