Soft & Tasty Dosa At Home

A Favorite Breakfast with chutney

Ingredients
  

  • Rice : 1 cup
  • Urad daal (black gram dal) : ½ cup
  • Salt : to taste
  • Water : sufficient to make a smooth batter
  • Ghee or oil : as needed

Instructions
 

  • Soak rice for about 5 hours.
  • Soak urad dal for 3 hours.
  • Grind dal and rice using water in a mixer or grinder.
  • Make it a smooth batter and add sufficient salt to it mix it well.
  • Then heat a pan add little oil or ghee to it and when it gets hot pour the smooth matter in to it and spread using a spoon.
  • Make the both sides cooked.
  • Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
