Ingredients

Vegetables : 1 cup ( usually we use banana)
Curd : ½ cup
Coconut : ½ cup
Cumin seeds : tsp
Green chilly : 3 nos
Curry leaves : 1 spring
Mustard :2 tsp
Dried red chilly : 5 nos
Chilly powder : 1 tsp
Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
Salt : to taste
Instructions
Cook the vegetable using little water chilly powder and salt.

Grind the coconut, cumin seeds and green chilly.
When it gets cooked add curd to it and stir continuously.
To this add the grinded mixture of coconut.
Stir it well and off the flame.
Heat a pan add oil to it and when its hot add mustard and when it splutters add dried red chilly and curry leaves to it ,sauté it well.
Pour this matter to the mixture.
Stir well.
