For batter:
Maida :1 tsp
Corn flour : 1 tsp
Chilly powder :½ tsp
Parsley : 1 spring
Salt : as needed
For corn sautéing:
Baby corn : 4 nos
Chilli powder : 1 tsp
Cumin powder :1 tsp
Ginger paste : ½ tsp
Garlic paste : ½ tsp
Salt : as needed
Oil : to fry
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients for batter and keep it aside.

To soak corn add all the masalas and keep it aside for 13 minutes.
Enter Step
Dip the corn in batter.
Deep fry in oil.
Serve hot with sauce.
