Ingredients
  

For batter:

  • Maida :1 tsp
  • Corn flour : 1 tsp
  • Chilly powder :½ tsp
  • Parsley : 1 spring
  • Salt : as needed

For corn sautéing:

  • Baby corn : 4 nos
  • Chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder :1 tsp
  • Ginger paste : ½ tsp
  • Garlic paste : ½ tsp
  • Salt : as needed
  • Oil : to fry

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients for batter and keep it aside.

  • To soak corn add all the masalas and keep it aside for 13 minutes.
  • Enter Step
  • Dip the corn in batter.
  • Deep fry in oil.
  • Serve hot with sauce.
