Ingredients
  

  • Okra : 2 cups ( slit into lengthwise)
  • Gram flour : ½ cup
  • Dry mango powder : 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder : 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp
  • Chopped onions : 2 nos
  • Salt : as reqd
  • Oil : as reqd

Instructions
 

  • Take oil in a pan and shallow fry besan coated bhindi
  • Drain all the extra oil.
  • In another pan, add little amount of oil and add chopped onions.
  • Cook onions till pink in color.
  • Add fried bhindi, salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Add dry mango powder to give it a tangy taste. Serve hot.
