Cut capsicum and cabbage into thin long stripes, chop onion, ginger and garlic.
Cut potatoes into small cubes and fry it in oil till golden brown.
Stain the oil and keep it aside.
In the same pan add the chopped garlic and ginger and sauté till it turns brown.
Add the chopped onions and chillies.
Add capsicum and cabbage and fry for about 2 minutes.
Mix corn flour in half glass of water and pour it in the pan and wait till gets thickened.
Add the fried potatoes and let it blend with the other.
Garnish with spring onion and Serve with chappathi or roti.
