Angry Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • Capsicum :1 no
  • Onion : 1 no
  • Red chilies : 3 nos
  • Cabbage : 100 gm
  • Garlic : 3 pods
  • Ginger : 1 inch
  • Potato : 1 no
  • Corn flour : ½ tsp
  • Oil : as needed

Instructions
 

  • Cut capsicum and cabbage into thin long stripes, chop onion, ginger and garlic.
  • Cut potatoes into small cubes and fry it in oil till golden brown.
  • Stain the oil and keep it aside.
  • In the same pan add the chopped garlic and ginger and sauté till it turns brown.
  • Add the chopped onions and chillies.
  • Add capsicum and cabbage and fry for about 2 minutes.
  • Mix corn flour in half glass of water and pour it in the pan and wait till gets thickened.
  • Add the fried potatoes and let it blend with the other.
  • Garnish with spring onion and Serve with chappathi or roti.
