Prawn : 1 cup
Turmeric powder : ½ tsp
Lemon juice : Extracted from one lemon
Roasted chick peas : 2 tsp
Sesame : 1 ts p
Red chilli : 3 nos
Oil : for frying
Instructions
Clean and wash the prawn and strain water.
Add the turmeric powder and mix well.
To this add lemon juice and leave it for 5 minutes.
Grind the red chilles, sesame and Roasted chick peas.
Add the grounded powder and mix well.
Let it soak for 10 to 15 minutes or fry immediately, bothway its good.
Deep fry in oil.
