- Prawn : 1 cup -
- Turmeric powder : ½ tsp -
- Lemon juice : Extracted from one lemon -
- Roasted chick peas : 2 tsp -
- Sesame : 1 ts p -
- Red chilli : 3 nos -
- Oil for frying -

Instructions
- Clean and wash the prawn and strain water.
- Add the turmeric powder and mix well.
- To this add lemon juice and leave it for 5 minutes.
- Grind the red chilles, sesame and Roasted chick peas.
- Add the grounded powder and mix well.
- Let it soak for 10 to 15 minutes or fry immediately, bothway its good.
- Deep fry in oil.
