Thick plain yogurt / dahi : 400 gm
Cucumber : 250 gm
Kala namak : ½ tsp
Sugar : 2 tsp
Mustard seeds : ½ tsp
Asafoetida : ¼ tsp
Chopped coriander leaves : few

Oil : 2 tsp
Salt : to taste
Instructions
Whiskthe yoghurt / dahi till smooth.
Addsugar, salt and black salt / kala namak and mix well till the sugar dissolves.
Finelychop the cucumber and add to the yoghurt / dahi.
Add coriander leaves and mix.
Heatoil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, hing and curry leaves.
Pouron top of the yoghurt / dahi and mix.
