  • Thick plain yogurt / dahi : 400 gm -
  • Cucumber : 250 gm -
  • Kala namak : ½ tsp -
  • Sugar : 2 tsp -
  • Mustard seeds : ½ tsp -
  • Asafoetida : ¼ tsp -
  • Chopped coriander leaves : few -
  • Curry leaves – 6 - 8 nos
  • Oil : 2 tsp -
  • Salt to taste -

Instructions
  1. Cucumber Raita – pachakam.com
  2. Whiskthe yoghurt / dahi till smooth.

  4. Addsugar, salt and black salt / kala namak and mix well till the sugar dissolves.

  5. Finelychop the cucumber and add to the yoghurt / dahi.

  6. Add coriander leaves and mix.
  7. Heatoil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, hing and curry leaves.
  8. Pouron top of the yoghurt / dahi and mix.
