Purple stems of colocasia leaves, Cut the stem into 1” pieces

Garlic minced

Red chilli powder

Tumeric / haldi powder

Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and fry minced garlic till golden brown.
Add the colocasia stem pieces, red chilli powder, tumeric / haldi powder and salt.
Add 3-4 tbsp water. Cover and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes.
The stems will turn tender.5) Serve with roti.
