- Garlic minced - 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - ½ tsp
- Tumeric / haldi powder - ½ tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Salt(as reqd) -

Instructions
- Add the colocasia stem pieces, red chilli powder, tumeric / haldi powder and salt.
- Add 3-4 tbsp water. Cover and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes.
- The stems will turn tender.5) Serve with roti.
