Egg : 3 nos (beaten)
Shallots : 10 nos
Green chillies : 2 nos
Garlic : 4 cloves
Ginger : 1 small piece
Garam masala : ½ tsp
Coconut milk : 2 cups
Tomato : 2 nos
Turmeric : ½ tsp
Salt : as reqd
Instructions
First scramble the egg and keep aside.
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil. Fry shallots, green chillies, garlic, ginger and garam masala.
Grind this in to a paste.4) Heat little oil in kadai, fry tomato till soft. Add the ground paste and turmeric.
Add salt, coconut milk and bring to boil.
Finally add the scrambled egg and serve hot.
