Simple Bread Nirachathu With Step by Step Pictures

Ingredients
  

  • Cooked meat : 2 big pieces
  • Chopped onion : 3 nos
  • Chilly : 8 nos
  • Ginger : 1 big piece
  • Garlic : 10 nos
  • Coriander leaves : few
  • Curry leaves : few
  • Garam masala : as reqd
  • Turmeric powder : as reqd
  • Pepper powder : as reqd
  • Salt : as reqd
  • Oil : as reqd
  • Bread : 8 nos
  • Bread crumbs : 1 cup
  • Beaten egg : 1 cup

Instructions
 

  • Grind garlic, ginger and chilly in a grinder.
  • Shred the cooked meat by using a grinder.
  • Take a pan. Pour some oil and put the chopped onion. Sauté them till they become brown in color.
  • When the onion becomes half brown color, put some garam masala, pepper powder and turmeric powder and salt. Continue sauting.
  • Add garlic, ginger and chili paste to it.
  • Add the shredded meat to it and sauté them well.
  • Add coriander and curry leaves to it and off the stove.
  • Take bread and cut the sides of the bread. Do this for all the bread pieces.
  • 9) Take some water in a pot. Dip the bread into it.
  • Squeeze the water out from the bread.11) Put some meat mixture on the squeezed bread.12) Put one piece of egg over it.13) Make a ball with it.
  • Continue this process for all the breads.15) Dip each ball both in egg mixture and bread crumbs.
  • Fry them in oil.
  • Serve hot.
