Milk : 500 ml
Sugar : as reqd
Rava : one handful
Cinnamon : 2 small pieces
Elaichi : 4 pieces
Instructions
Boil the milk. Put sugar much to taste. Keep on stirring.
Add cinnamon and elaichi.3) Put one handful of rava
Keep on stirring for 10 minutes until it gets thick. The firni is ready.
You can serve either by cooling or hot.
