Ingredients
  

  • Neriyari : 2 cup
  • Coconut milk : 2 cup (1 coconut)
  • Egg : 3 nos
  • Onion : 2 nos
  • Tomato : 2 nos
  • Chilli : 4 nos
  • Garlic : 5 nos
  • Ginger : 2 nos
  • Garam masala powder : ½ tsp
  • Chilli powder : as reqd
  • Turmeric powder : as reqd
  • Oil : as reqd
  • Salt : as reqd

Instructions
 

  • Make coconut milk by grinding the coconut with some water in a grinder.
  • Grind neriyari, coconut milk and egg together as if for a dosa.3) Blend elambakka with chilli powder and salt, heat it and fry them in oil.4) Take a pan. Put onion and saute, till they become brown color.
  • Add chopped garlic, ginger, chilli and tomato, chilli powder and garam masala powder. Mix them and cook for some time.
  • Add fried elambakka to the mixture. Mix them well and cook them and make gravy or dry masala.
  • Take rice mixture and pour half of it in a pan and then steam them. Steam the other half of the rice mixture also.
  • Put one of the steamed dosa in a pan. Spread the elambakka masala.9) Put the other steamed dosa on the masala and stick them both. Steam them for some time.
  • Cut it into pieces and serve hot.
