- Neriyari : 2 cup -
- Coconut milk : 2 cup (1 coconut) -
- Egg : 3 nos -
- Onion : 2 nos -
- Tomato : 2 Nos -
- Chilli : 4 nos -
- Garlic : 5 nos -
- Ginger : 2 nos -
- Garam masala powder : ½ tsp -
- Chilli powder : as reqd -
- Turmeric powder : as reqd -
- Oil : as reqd -
- Salt : as reqd -

Instructions
- Add chopped garlic, ginger, chilli and tomato, chilli powder and garam masala powder. Mix them and cook for some time.
- Add fried elambakka to the mixture. Mix them well and cook them and make gravy or dry masala.
- Take rice mixture and pour half of it in a pan and then steam them. Steam the other half of the rice mixture also.
- Put one of the steamed dosa in a pan. Spread the elambakka masala.9) Put the other steamed dosa on the masala and stick them both. Steam them for some time.
- Cut it into pieces and serve hot.
