Sabudana Kichadi

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sabudana( chowary)
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 2 nos Potato
  • Few Peanuts
  • 1 sprig Curryy leaves
  • Few Coriander leaves
  • Pinch Turmeric powder
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • Little Ginger
  • 1/2 of lemon Lemon

Instructions
 

  • Soak sabudana for some time. Rinse well and drain.
  • Boil potato.
  • Heat oil. Add jeera.
  • When it splutters, add mustard seeds.
  • Add green chillies, ginger and curry leaves. Saute.
  • Add sabudana, sugar and salt.
  • Add potatoes and lemon juice.
  • Stir and cook till sabudana is done.
  • Add pea nuts and coriander leaves.
  • Sabudana Kichadi is ready.
