Instructions
Soak sabudana for some time. Rinse well and drain.
Boil potato.
Heat oil. Add jeera.
When it splutters, add mustard seeds.
Add green chillies, ginger and curry leaves. Saute.
Add sabudana, sugar and salt.
Add potatoes and lemon juice.
Stir and cook till sabudana is done.
Add pea nuts and coriander leaves.
Sabudana Kichadi is ready.
