Paneer Masala (Step By Step Photos)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup, Paneer
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 4 Chilies
  • 4 Garlic
  • 2 Cardamom
  • 2 Cloves
  • ½ ts Poppy seeds
  • 2 inch Cinnamon
  • Biriyani leaves few
  • 2 Onion
  • Coriander leaves few
  • 3 Tomato
  • 2 ts Ginger – garlic paste
  • 1 tbs Coriander powder
  • ½ tbs Chilly powder
  • 1ts Cumin powder
  • 1/2 ts Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 ts Garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as needed

Instructions
 

  • Grind coconut, cardamom, garlic, cloves, chillies and poppy seeds together.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the biriyani leaves and cinnamon.Add the chopped onions and coriander leaves and saute
  • When the oil turns golden brown add ginger garlic paste.
  • Grind the tomatoes and add to the pan.
  • Add all the masala powder(coriander, chilly, cumin powder, garam masala and turmeric powder.
  • Add the coconut mixture.Add little water
  • When the water starts boiling add the paneer.
  • Remove from flame when it comes to the desired consistency. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis
