Peas : 1 cup
Curd : 2 cups
Garlic paste : ¾ tsp
Chilli powder : 1 pinch
Sugar : 1 tsp
Green chillies : ½ tsp(chopped)
Salt : as reqd
Optional:
Cucumber : 1 cup (cut into rounds)
Tomato : 1 no (cut into rounds)
Oil : 1 to 2 tsp
Instructions
Cook the peas well.2) In a large bowl, mix garlic paste, chilli powder, green chillies, sugar and salt. Keep aside.
Heat oil in pan, splutter cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Add this to the curd.
Add chopped coriander leaves and serve.5) In a frying pan, add ½ tsp oil. Place the tomato in it and slightly fry both sides.
Keep this on a serving plate.7) Cut the cucumber into rounds and take of the seeds from the middle portion.
Serve the raita in the middle and serve.
