  • Cook the peas well.2) In a large bowl, mix garlic paste, chilli powder, green chillies, sugar and salt. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in pan, splutter cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Add this to the curd.
  • Add chopped coriander leaves and serve.5) In a frying pan, add ½ tsp oil. Place the tomato in it and slightly fry both sides.
  • Keep this on a serving plate.7) Cut the cucumber into rounds and take of the seeds from the middle portion.
  • Serve the raita in the middle and serve.
