Aloo Dahi Tadka | Easy Potato Yogurt Curry

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Nos. Cooked potato Cut into small pieces
  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 1 No. Onion
  • 4 Nos. Green chilly Chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • Few Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 Tsp Ghee
  • As reqd Salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Add chopped garlic and saute until it becomes light brown in color.
  • Then add chopped onion and green chillies. Saute for 5 minutes.
  • Now add kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt as required. Saute for one minute.
  • Then add chopped potato and coriander leaves.
  • Turn off the flame and pour curd over it
  • Combine well.
  • Serve the Aloo Dahi Tadka immedietly along with roti, rice, chapati etc
