Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Add chopped garlic and saute until it becomes light brown in color.
Then add chopped onion and green chillies. Saute for 5 minutes.
Now add kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt as required. Saute for one minute.
Then add chopped potato and coriander leaves.
Turn off the flame and pour curd over it
Combine well.
Serve the Aloo Dahi Tadka immedietly along with roti, rice, chapati etc
