Appam Batter
Appam batter made with  white rice and aval

- 1 1/2 glass White rice Pachari
- 1 1/2 glass Rice flakes aval/poha
- Water For grinding
- Yeast A pinch
- Salt As reqd
- Sugar As reqd
- Soak rice for 5 hours before grinding. 
- Soak aval for 15 minutes before grinding. 
- Grind separately with required water. 
- Add salt and yeast(dissolved in luke warm water) 
- Mix the batter very well and keep for 6 hours over night. 
- Morning we can add sugar for taste. Mix well. 
- Make very soft and yummy appam using appam chatti.
