- Break the cauliflower into florets. Steam the florets until tender. 
- After proper draining, place these florets  in a lightly oiled baking dish. 
- Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and add breadcrumbs and crushed garlic. 
- Cook in medium heat, stirring uniformly for around 3-4 minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden in color. 
- Remove the pan from heat and add Parmesan cheese and freshly ground pepper. 
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the steamed cauliflower. 
- Cook in a preheated oven for around 5 minutes until the top portion turns golden. 
- Your baked cauliflower with parmesan cheese is ready and decorate the top with chopped parsley leaves. 
- Tips:-
1)Instead of cauliflower, you can use broccoli. 
- Vegetables like cauliflower and broccoli are beneficial for intestinal health. 
- Extra virgin olive oil is of the highest quality and hence expensive. It has minimum organoleptic rating and low acidity levels.
