Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard and fenugreek seeds.
Add sliced onion, green chilly, crushed ginger garlic and few curry leaves.
Sauté until it becomes soft and light brown in colour.
Then add coriander powder and saute it for one minute to get rid of the raw smell.
Then add pepper powder and turmeric powder.
Add the cooked beef along with water. Bring it to boil.
Then pour the coconut milk.
Add garam masala powder and combine well.
When it starts to boil, remove from the flame.
Tasty Beef Chaaps is ready. Serve along with porotta, chappathi, ghee rice etc.
