- 1 & 1/2 Cup Beetroot Grated
- 1/4 Cup Cooked Black Chickpea Smashed with a fork
- 1/4 Cup Grated coconut
- 1 No. Onion Sliced
- 1 No. Green chilly Chopped
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 Tsp Red chilly powder
- 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds
- Curry leaves Few
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- Salt as reqd
Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds and add some curry leaves.
Add sliced onion and green chilly.
Add grated beetroot.
Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilly powder.
Add grated coconut.
Add cooked and mashed black chickpea.
Combine well for 2-3 minutes. cover and cook for 5 minutes on low to medium flame. stir occasionally.
Serve along with steamed rice.
