Yoghurt

Roasted cumin powder
Salt

Coriander leaves
Red chilly powder
A pinch to garnish
Instructions
Take a bowl and whisk the yoghurt till smooth.
Add salt, roasted cumin powder and coriander leaves to the bowl.
Add boondi and mix well.
To have thin consistency of yoghurt add water as per your requirement. Adding a little milk instead of water will make raita taste better.
Garnish with red chilly powder, remaining cumin powder and coriander leaves.
