Simple boondi raita

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Plain Boondi
  • 1 cup Yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • Red chilly powder A pinch to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl and whisk the yoghurt till smooth.
  • Add salt, roasted cumin powder and coriander leaves to the bowl.
  • Add boondi and mix well.
  • To have thin consistency of yoghurt add water as per your requirement. Adding a little milk instead of water will make raita taste better.
  • Garnish with red chilly powder, remaining cumin powder and coriander leaves.
