- Mix the rice flour with water and a tbsp of sugar (depending upon how sweet you want the dish to be). 
- Make small tiny balls out of the mixture and keep it aside. 
- Keep a vessel in the oven and pour the coconut milk into it. 
- Add 1 - 2 tbsp of sugar to this (depending upon how sweet you want the dish to be). 
- Mix 2 or 3 tbsp of rice flour in a little bit of water, so that you would get a watery white syrup. 
- Pour this syrup into the coconut milk and let it start boiling. 
- Put in the cardamom and the small rice balls and let it cook. 
- When the gravy becomes of thick consistency, remove from fire and let it cool down a bit. 
- :- You may also add ripe banana pieces to this dish, after adding the rice balls, for children.
