Cha Cha A Dish Made of Rice Flour & Coconut Milk 1/2 cup Slightly Broiled Rice Flour2 - Coconut Milk (not too thick and not too thin)Sugar (As reqd)Cardamom(Elakka) for flavour Mix the rice flour with water and a tbsp of sugar (depending upon how sweet you want the dish to be). Make small tiny balls out of the mixture and keep it aside.Keep a vessel in the oven and pour the coconut milk into it.Add 1 - 2 tbsp of sugar to this (depending upon how sweet you want the dish to be). Mix 2 or 3 tbsp of rice flour in a little bit of water, so that you would get a watery white syrup. Pour this syrup into the coconut milk and let it start boiling. Put in the cardamom and the small rice balls and let it cook. When the gravy becomes of thick consistency, remove from fire and let it cool down a bit.:- You may also add ripe banana pieces to this dish, after adding the rice balls, for children. North Indian
