Fry the nuggets and keep aside.
Cut all the veggies Into small pieces and keep aside.
Whisk eggs by adding chilli flakes and salt as required. Make omelette with it. Cut the omelette into 4 pieces.
Add mayonnaise and tomato ketchup into chopped veggie.
Mix it.
Cut the nuggets into small pieces.
Place 4 slice bread into a plate. Apply some mayonnaise and tomato ketchup in two slices of bread.
Place 2 tbsp veggie mix over one slice of bread
place one bread slice over the veggies and place nuggets on top of it.
Place 1 cheese slice over it.
Again place a bread slice over cheese and place a piece of omelette.
Spread a thin layer of tomato ketchup over the last slice of bread and cover the omelette.
Heat butter in a pan and toast both sides of the whole sandwich.
Cut half and serve immediately. Enjoy!
