Chilly Chicken Fry
Chicken pieces marinated in maida, corn flour etc and deep fried in hot boiling oil

- 250 g Chicken pieces washed and drained
- 1 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- 2 nos Eggs beaten
- 3/4 tbsp Corn flour
- 3/4 tbsp All purpose flour Maida
- 1 pod Garlic crushed
- Ginger A small piece, ground
- 1/4 of Lime juice
- Oil As reqd
- Salt As reqd
- For preparing yummy chilly chicken fry, first make a paste of eggs, maida and corn flour by adding little water. 
- Add drained chicken pieces to the paste and mix well. 
- Stir in crushed garlic, ginger and lime juice. 
- Mix well and marinate for one hour. 
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces to a crispy brown color. 
- Chilly chicken fry is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
