Chicken pieces marinated in maida, corn flour etc and deep fried in hot boiling oil

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Chicken pieces washed and drained
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 2 nos Eggs beaten
  • 3/4 tbsp Corn flour
  • 3/4 tbsp All purpose flour Maida
  • 1 pod Garlic crushed
  • Ginger A small piece, ground
  • 1/4 of Lime juice
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing yummy chilly chicken fry, first make a paste of eggs, maida and corn flour by adding little water.
  • Add drained chicken pieces to the paste and mix well.
  • Stir in crushed garlic, ginger and lime juice.
  • Mix well and marinate for one hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces to a crispy brown color.
  • Chilly chicken fry is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
