Corn Bhel - Healthy Snack
A healthy and yummu snack with corn and capsicum

- 1 cup Boiled sweet corn kernels
 - ½ cup Onion finely chopped
 - ½ cup Capsicum chopped
 - ½ cup Tomato finely chopped
 - ¼ cup Coriander leaves chopped
 - ½ cup Apple cubes
 - 1 tsp Lemon juice
 - Sugar A pinch
 - 2 tsp Oil
 - Salt As reqd
 - Sev for garnishing
 
 
Heat oil in a pan.
 Add the onions and saute on a medium flame till the onions turn light golden colour.
 Add the capsicum pieces and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.
 Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
 Add boiled corn and other remaining ingredients and mix well.
 Garnish with sev.
 :- Serve immediately.
