  • 1 cup Boiled sweet corn kernels
  • ½ cup Onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup Capsicum chopped
  • ½ cup Tomato finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Coriander leaves chopped
  • ½ cup Apple cubes
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • Sugar A pinch
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd
  • Sev for garnishing


  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add the onions and saute on a medium flame till the onions turn light golden colour.
  • Add the capsicum pieces and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  • Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
  • Add boiled corn and other remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Garnish with sev.
  • :- Serve immediately.
