All purpose flour/maida

Instructions
Heat butter in a pan and add chopped garlic.
Add maida and whisk continuously on a medium-low flame. Flour is used as a thickening agent for the sauce.
When the flour colour changes into light brown in color pour milk. Continue to stir and cook.
When sauce begins to thicken reduce heat to low and add chilli flakes, required salt and pepper powder. Combine well.
Now add boiled corn.
Add little chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Remove pan from heat and serve immediately.
