- prepare wheat dough from, wheat,salt and water 
- chop the cauliflower, onion and capsicum, green chili and garlic 
- heat the oil in the pan, saute the garlic and onion for 3 mins 
- add green chili and capsicum and mix well 
- add cauliflower and mix it 
- add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, punjabi garam masala. and coriander powder and mix it 
- allow to cook until the cauliflower get cooked 
- now add mashed aloo and coriander leaves and mix it, now stuffing is ready 
- take two balls from dough, roll it seperately 
- stuff the aloo gobi masala 
- cover with other wheat dough roll 
- press all the corner and again roll it in thick 
- heat the tawa and cook the paratha by applying ghee both the side 
- now daba style aloo gobi paratha is ready to serve
