- cauliflower 1/2 cup -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Capsicum : 1 no -
- Green chili 1 no. -
- garlic 3 no. -
- red chili powder 1/2 tsp -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- Coriander powder : 1/2 tsp -
- punjabi garam masala 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil : 4 tsp -
- Ghee : 2 tsp -
- Coriander leaves : 2 tsp -

Instructions
- add green chili and capsicum and mix well
- add cauliflower and mix it
- add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, punjabi garam masala. and coriander powder and mix it
- allow to cook until the cauliflower get cooked
- now add mashed aloo and coriander leaves and mix it, now stuffing is ready
- take two balls from dough, roll it seperately
- stuff the aloo gobi masala
- cover with other wheat dough roll
- press all the corner and again roll it in thick
- heat the tawa and cook the paratha by applying ghee both the side
- now daba style aloo gobi paratha is ready to serve
