Dal Palak
this is a very easy method of making dal palak.this we can eat with rotti,chappathi and rice.

- 1/4 cup Toor dal
 - 1 cup Palak chopped
 - 1 tsp Cumin seeds
 - 2 chopped Onion
 - 1 tsp Asafoetida
 - 1 tsp Chilli powder
 - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
 - 2 tsp Salt
 - 1 tsp Mustard
 - 1 tsp Dry red chilly
 - 1 tsp Oil
 
 
cook toor dal, palak, turmeric powder and salt together in a cooker and cook for 10 minutes.
 Heat oil in a kadai and add chopped onions.Fry for a minute.
 Add  some  tomatoes and cooked palak dal mix and salt, stir for 2 minutes.
 Add sambhar powder , chilli powder, cumin seeds and asafoetida to this and and 1/2 cup water to this and boil for 2 minutes.
 Now dal palak is ready to serve.
