Dal Palak

this is a very easy method of making dal palak.this we can eat with rotti,chappathi and rice.

  • cook toor dal, palak, turmeric powder and salt together in a cooker and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and add chopped onions.Fry for a minute.
  • Add some tomatoes and cooked palak dal mix and salt, stir for 2 minutes.
  • Add sambhar powder , chilli powder, cumin seeds and asafoetida to this and and 1/2 cup water to this and boil for 2 minutes.
  • Now dal palak is ready to serve.
