Marinate the chicken by adding red chilly powder, garam masala powder, fennel seed powder, turmeric powder and salt as required.
Cut all the veggies and keep it ready.
Heat oil and ghee in a pressure cooker and add all the veggies. Saute for five minutes over medium to high flame.
Then add the marinated chicken.
Add chopped coriander leaves and pressure cook it for 2-3 whistles.
When the pressure releases, open the cooker and add 1 and 1/2 cup hot water. Bring to boil.
Now add washed and drained rice into it, adjust the salt. Cover the pressure cooker with lid, put on the whistle and cook it for 1 whistle. After one whistle turn off the heat and let the pressure release all by itself.
Once the pressure is released, open the lid and give a gentle stir. Serve..
