Fried Stuffed Eggs | Fried Eggs with Filling

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Nos. Eggs hard boiled and peeled
  • 1 No. Onion
  • 1 No. Green chilly
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander leaves Chopped
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 no. Egg For Dipping
  • 3 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Pepper powder
  • 2 Pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut the boiled and peeled egg into half and scoop out the egg yolks.
  • Place yolks in a mixing bowl and add chopped onion, green chilly, coriander leaves, salt and pepper powder. Mix until everything is combined well.
  • Scoop yolk mixture into egg white halves. whisk one egg in a bowl and dip the filled egg whites in it followed by dipping it in bread crumbs. Repeat the process until all the eggs are well coated in bread crumbs.
  • Heat oil in a pan and place all the eggs upside down first. Fry in medium flame.
  • Flip and fry the other side also until crisp and brown.
  • Serve hot with a cup of tea.
