Cut the boiled and peeled egg into half and scoop out the egg yolks.
Place yolks in a mixing bowl and add chopped onion, green chilly, coriander leaves, salt and pepper powder. Mix until everything is combined well.
Scoop yolk mixture into egg white halves. whisk one egg in a bowl and dip the filled egg whites in it followed by dipping it in bread crumbs. Repeat the process until all the eggs are well coated in bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and place all the eggs upside down first. Fry in medium flame.
Flip and fry the other side also until crisp and brown.
