For preparing the delicious fry dish, first clean the shrimps well.
Marinate them with ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder, salt, turmeric powder, lemon juice and garam masala for 1 hr.
Mix together rava, 1/2 tsp each of salt, garam masala powder and chilly powder.
Take each shrimp and roll them in the above rava mixture.
:- Make sure that the whole shrimp is covered with the rava mixture. You can either roll all the shrimps at a time and keep it aside or you can roll a few ones at a time.
Heat enough oil sufficient for shallow frying in a pan or a kadai.
Add 4 - 5 rolled shrimps at once as they are very delicate to fry.
:- Do not turn the sides as soon as you put them in the oil. Turn the sides only when a side has been fully fried.
:- Do not add any more oil into the pan.
:- Pls see to it that the shrimps are not completely immersed in the oil.
:- Rava gives you the crispiness & taste also.
