Green Peas Egg Burgi

- 3 nos Egg
- 4 nos Green chilly
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Green peas
- Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard and onion fry for 2 minutes until it becomes translucent. 
- Add green chillies to this and fry for a minute. 
- Add green to this and stir for a minute. 
- Add the beaten eggs and allow to firm a bit. 
- Add turmeric powder ,coriander powder and salt to this and saute for 2 minutes. 
- Stir vigorously to break the egg into small pieces. 
- Mix well with all ingredients and cook for 2 minutes. 
- Now Green peas egg burgy is ready.Serve with coriander leaves.
