Instant Murukku / Chakkli
Thus is very easy to prepare & Very crispy . Basically this recipe is made with very less ingredients what we have home always .

- Idli Rice flour         1 cup
- maida                     1/2 cup
- red chili powder     1/2 tbsp
- turmeric powder     1 tsp
- salt                          to taste
- cumin seed              1 tsp
- asafoetida                1/2 tsp
- butter                       1 tbsp
- curd                          1/2 tbps
- water                        as required
- oil                             to fry
- In a bowl add idli rice flour, maida, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seed, asafoetida and butter mix it 
- add curd and mix it 
- add required water and mix well 
- make a fine and soft dough 
- Take a murukku mould, apply oil and stuff the dough 
- Press it and make a shape 
- Heat the oil and deep fry it until it get golden brown 
- Now instant murukku is ready to serve
