Rub chopped shallots, green chillies and curry leaves with your hand.
Add grated coconut and chilly flakes into it.
Add this mixture into a glass.
Break 2 eggs and add into the glass.
Pour milk.
Using a fork, whisk well till the eggs get nice and fluffy.
Heat oil in a pan and pour the mixture over it. Cook on low flame till the top is firm to touch.
Flip carefully and cook for another minute.
Take out and serve hot with cooked rice, chapathis or parotta..
