Kiwi, lemon, passion  fruit, orange and castor sugar are added

- 450 g Kiwi
- 450 g Passion fruit
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1 no Orange
- 40 g Castor sugar
- For preparing kiwi passion fruit sorbet, squeeze lemon and orange separately. 
- Peel the kiwi and passion fruit. Puree it in a blender till it becomes a smooth paste. 
- Add in the orange juice, sugar and lemon juice. Blend it well. Pour it into an ice-cream churner. 
- Put it in a refrigerator. 
- Kiwi passion fruit sorbet is ready. Serve with mango or orange slices.
