Leftover Rice Pongal
This is a different recipe. Whenever we have leftover rice we can do many varities. In that Pongal is unique

Total Time 1 hour hr
- 1 big Leftover rice
- 1/2 cup Toor dal and moong dal
- 1 tsp Jeera
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 Red chili
- 1 Green chili
- 1 string Curry leaves
- 1/4 tsp Hing
- Salt as per taste
- 4 tblsp oil and ghee
- in pan cook dal and and keep aside 
- Now add cooked rice and mix well 
- Now add salt and water cook 2 whistles 
- In pan add ghee and oil and temper all other items 
- Now pour into the pongal and  mix well 
- Now serve with sambhar leftover rice pongal is ready
